I see would you kindly have the three different files?

This link is to the file recommended by PMDG - http://downloads.precisionmanuals.com/file_library/UIAutomationCore.zip. You can download this one and try it. However, it is for Windows7 64bit. This is from page 25 of the PMDG 777 Introduction Manual. This should be the correct file keeping in mind that it is for Windows7 64bit and you apparently have Windows8.1 32bit. Maybe with 8.1 you don't even need the file. I have no idea. You can always delete it if it does not help.
