September 16, 201510 yr Hi guys, I'm experiencing some problems trying to re-install Pmdg's 747. Never had any problems with the NGX or T7 from Pmdg. The 747 somehow got corrupted as when I tried to get it ready for take off the gauges would just switch off. I uninstalled and re-installed it again having exactly the same reaction, gauges switching off. I even checked that all switches were on and so on. I downloaded again the 747, but no joy. Now my questions are: blems a. The download is just over a year old, although I re-installed just before and after one year. I read somewhere that these downloads are only for a year. Perhaps I did not uninstall it properly. I do not seem to have any uninstall icon on the Airplane's file or anywhere else. On the uninstall problems forum/747 it is not precisely the same issue. Is there a right way to uninstall it? b. Is Pmdg upgrading or making a new 747? What other developer has a 747 on the same level or there abouts? I'm using W7-64bit/ FSX. A million thanks in advance. john goncalves
September 16, 201510 yr You would be best to ask your questions in the PMDG Forum hosted here at AVSIM. I cannot move posts on AVSIM to a commercial forum but I can suggest you post in the PMDG Forums. They also have a 747 forum and you might find your answers there.
