How to install ASN on PC with v3 only?

Featured Replies

See topic title. ;) There only is a full installer for 2.5. Do I have to install that one anyway and then update it...? What if the installer asks for the v2.5 folder which I don't have...?

It's not going to you setup up your sim path in the general settings within ASN. Just point it to where you have P3dv3 installed

I had my "old" installation on E: and v2.5 on F. I just updated with the latest update for V3

http://www.hifisimtech.com/downloads/ here is the version for v3

Then I just started the program and set the sim-path to my v3. It doesn´t ask for v2.5 you can install ASN wherever you like.

I used 5707 Latest Official/Stable full installer but that returned an error message that I was using the wrong type of P3D so I updated with the open beta 5756 and it now works just fine.

Ok, clear! Install, update and then point to v3 using the settings. Thanks!

But will I be able to use ASN on BOTH p3D v2.x AND v3?

Thanks,

Chas

Should be able to - just have to change path in settings each time you use a different simulator - 2.5 is a waste of space anyway so glad that version is wiped off my hard drive - adios
