I apologize, but I don't understand what you're describing. I'll take a guess that English is not your first language, so we will need to take things step by step.

 

1. The product you are having problems with is the Aerosot A320/A321. Can you confirm this?

 

2. You described uploading a file. Can you explain what file you are uploading and what the purpose of the upload is? Please tell me the file name and what it is being uploaded for.

 

3. If you really meant that you've downloaded the Aerosoft A320/A321 software, and you are trying to install the Aerosoft A320/A321, then may I ask where you downloaded the product from?  The product comes with a self installer which makes the installing the aircraft very easy to do.

No, I do not have it Bought , not painted over but to download a texture for the Airbus A320 X / A321 aerosoft home . and when once the downloaded file and I want to install it , they say "sorry , this file cannot be installed "

I think you talk about an repaint for the airbus and the livery manager says "cannot be installed".

 

If so, try to unzip the repaint before using the livery manager. If this dont work you have to install it manually. There should be an README file with the repaint which describe what you have to do.
