August 24, 200520 yr Ken, I'm trying to access your web site to read the instructions to your fs9 cfg config. program. Both referenced site show up as "Page unavailable". Have you changed web site addresses or is it not working for some reason? Thanks
August 24, 200520 yr Is this the URL you're trying? http://www.kensalter.com/fsautostart/ It's working fine at this time.Doug Intel 10700K @ 5.1Ghz, Asus Hero Maximus motherboard, Noctua NH-U12A cooler, Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB 3200 MHz RAM, RTX 2060 Super GPU, Cooler Master HAF 932 Tower, Thermaltake 1000W Toughpower PSU, Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit, 100TB of disk storage. August 24, 200520 yr I'm not. I did have a hardware failure which resulted in my having to change the IP address of my name server, which takes some time to propogate out.If you ping www.kensalter.com, the ip address should be 68.63.22.34. The ping will fail, but the ip address should be listed. If you are getting another IP address, try flushing your dns cache by typeing ipconfig /flushdns at a command prompt.
August 24, 200520 yr It's still working fine for me Jaap. - Doug Intel 10700K @ 5.1Ghz, Asus Hero Maximus motherboard, Noctua NH-U12A cooler, Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB 3200 MHz RAM, RTX 2060 Super GPU, Cooler Master HAF 932 Tower, Thermaltake 1000W Toughpower PSU, Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit, 100TB of disk storage. August 24, 200520 yr Just for the record.. no go here in the UK still neither. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
August 25, 200520 yr Donny AKA ShalomarFly 2 ROCKS!!!I tried, no go. Philadelphia PA. So it's not just a distance from the server issue like they have sometimes at Bushnet.I use FSAutostart, and even stupid me eventually got it studying the menu selection. My avilable RAM routinely goes from less than 50 to 150+, and I only have 192 so IMHO that's pretty good. Especially if I reserved 32 megs to help out my 32 meg vid card a while back like I think I did. I don't use AI or externals much currently, and oddly enough when I would go to windowed to check while flying my available resources were 85% Even before FSAutostart. Now consistently 90-95% *after* a sliders increasing binge with similar performance FPS and smoothness wise. BTW, Thanx Ken!!!Ever in Philly PA or the Lehigh Valley Region:-beerchug
