October 31, 201510 yr I'v been using cdu remote for several day days with success - till today. Keys are working but remote cdu screen on tablet is frozen and there's some different page on it. I have licence for both 737 and 777 - 737 cdu is unusable now, 777 works fine. Deleting and reinstalling app folder did not work and I haven't any idea what to do now. Any ideas? Thanks, Tom
November 1, 201510 yr Commercial Member Tom, how about if you connect to the server through your PC's browser (Firefox, Chome or IE) - does that work? If you are still having issues, you can send me your LogFile.dat via email to foti.mark[at]gmail.com Mark Mark Foti Author of aviaworx - https://www.aviaworx.com
November 29, 201510 yr Good morning, I just discover this lovely application. I followed up all the installation instructions but unfortunately my Ipad / Iphone seems to be frozen. I definitely can see all the CDU layout but cannot enter any data on it (except on the CDU from the Sim itself). What should I do? Regards, Corizza Andrea Corigliano
November 29, 201510 yr Commercial Member Hi Corizza, the free version is read-only. You'll need to purchase the full license (5€ per aircraft) to be able to control the CDU. Have a look at the documentation on how to proceed. Regards Mark Mark Foti Author of aviaworx - https://www.aviaworx.com
December 10, 201510 yr I'm having the same problem, Mark. The CDU on my computer screen reacts to the inputs from my phone, but the CDU screen on my phone is frozen pin a page that i rarely use. What should i do? Thanks. John Anderson Windows 10, FSX:SE I5 4690k GA-Z97M-DS3H EVGA GTX 950, 2GB

December 10, 201510 yr I've found my problem. My free trial of McAfee expired, and Windows 7 was smart enough to realise that I'd lost protection, so Windows Defender took over. After adding Simserver.exe to the list of excluded files, my phone and simserver are communicating the way they should now. Thanks for your help. June 19, 20169 yr I Hello, I have the same problem on IPAD : Left CDU : screen frozen on POS INIT but keypad can be used Right CDU : black screen and keypad ok I added Simserver in Windows defender but problem is not solved. An idea ? I've had a similar problem. It usually happens if simserver is not run, right after loading pmdg aircraft. I used to load vpilot, multi crew before simserver and somehow that interferes with screen refreshes on the remote Cdu. September 30, 20169 yr Commercial Member Try turning off your anti-virus app. Try disabling all other addons. One of those combinations should work and let us know what worked out. Regards Mark Mark Foti Author of aviaworx - https://www.aviaworx.com
February 11, 20179 yr I've been having the same problems for over a year now. These programs or links doesn't work. Simserver is running, no antivirus, I can see the 3 licenses, the ipad don't connect. Even in my explorer if I open the link, I only see the graphic with no buttons. I downloaded the most recent version of simserver, the ipad says it cannot connect to the server. The ipad is in the same wifi connection as the main computer. Very frustrating, my Virtual Avionics is a complete software and work perfectly. anything else I haven't done? Jose
