December 12, 201510 yr No one seems to have seen this, but the memory you linked is DDR3.... You need DDR4 with that motherboard. I would have to second this. Matt Bernard20+ Years Commercial/GA A&P/PLST
December 12, 201510 yr Author Not sure when you will be pulling the trigger but I would sell my Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H100I for half that price as soon as I take it out of my current pc as I am going to full water loop on new build - by the way they work great - cool as a cucumber - also sell my kraken and h75 for water cooling a graphics card which works great also - thats available right now Thanks Richard. I think it will be a few months so you are probably better off selling locally. No one seems to have seen this, but the memory you linked is DDR3.... You need DDR4 with that motherboard. Good catch, thanks! I actually had DDR4 the first time around but lost my "wish list" and rushed when I started over. What CPU do you have now? i2500K OC at 4.7 Mark CYYZ

December 12, 201510 yr What are you doing for a monitor? I was looking at the Phillips 40" 4K but not sure. Funny you ask - just saw the vizio and it was an awesome image - not sure how it will do in gaming but looking at these two models - great prices on both at least here in US - both should be fine for gaming from what I have read so far My current monitor is a benq 3200 cad monitor http://www.bestbuy.com/site/vizio-m-series-43-class-42-5-diag--led-2160p-smart-4k-ultra-hd-tv-black/3733004.p?id=1219597974182&skuId=3733004 http://www.bestbuy.com/site/sony-43-class-42-5-diag--led-2160p-smart-4k-ultra-hd-tv-black/2698105.p?id=1219555371949&skuId=2698105 Rich Sennett

December 14, 201510 yr Author They are tvs not monitors Mark - ultra hd 4k tvs Thanks for saving me some bucks! The only problem is coming up with a story to tell my wife as to why I have such a big TV on my FS computer but we still have an old 51" TV in the living room and she wants to upgrade to a 60". Just another problem I will have to solve by throwing money at it. Mark CYYZ

Just another problem I will have to solve by throwing money at it. Been looking more into this and leaning towards this - its more geared towards gaming - quick delivery - overclock forums raving about it - so this may be what I will get - few things to think about has Korean plug - you have to buy a plug adapter for your country and dont go with the 39" version as it has a glass screen and that would drive you crazy - this has a matte non glare screen - personally I dont have the room for anything bigger than 40" to 43" - nor do I want to sit a mile away from the screen - oh yuo have to buy a certified cable for it - hdmi - dp - to get 60hz 4k not sure yet have to research but just a heads up http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-AMH-A409U-UHD-40-3840X2160-16-9-4K-LED-Monitor-60Hz-DP1-2-HDMI2-0-Remote-/321856997207?hash=item4af02c0757:g:IOUAAOSwFnFV7oOG http://www.amazon.com/Ceptics-Grounded-Universal-Plug-Adapter/dp/B0080SE6H2/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1443719619&sr=8-7&keywords=universal+plug+adapter&linkCode=sl1&tag=jokerprodu03-20&linkId=c39e7469454dac440b6744a73084239f Rich Sennett
