January 8, 201610 yr What windows advanced power management settings did you apply and or change. I use two Saitek throttles stand-alone and since I don't use a Saitek yoke the two throttle constantly swap axis assignments with each other. Maybe its a power thing who knows. In Device Manager go into Human Interface Devices. Plug in your throttle quadrants and identify their entries. Right click on each and go into Properties, then Power. Deselect any box that might be selected. That's a start. If you update drivers at any point you may need to do that over again. Next, do a web search for "SaitekUSBFix". It is a standalone utility developed by an individual. It is a simple utility that will search for Saitek USB devices and disable advanced power settings for them in the Windows registry. It will report how many devices it found and how many needed to be fixed. Hope that may cure the ills you are experiencing.
