What am I missing....

I've been trying to get rid of this since the Hawker. Could anyone explain how?

Thanks in advance.

Is that a VOR, DME or GPS indication? If so, is there a way to cycle them or turn them on and off individually?

I don't have any of the Carenado birds with this type of panel, so I can only guess.

MFD - FORMAT - PLAN will get rid of the HSI on the MFD.

PFD and MFD-FORMAT -  PPOS will get rid of the HSI on the PFD and MFD.

I have not tried these modes on the Carenado version, so their features may not be 100% representation of the Real PRO LINE 21. Here is a screen shot from the Rockwell-Collins manual.

Just a different way of thinking about how to answer the question.

"I was under the impression they wanted it gone on the GPS map display that Carenado has on that PFD. I wasn't thinking about mode changes"

I was thinking the same as well thus didn't have an answer

Ken, your instructions worked perfectly. Thank you!

Side note - I got rid of the annoying line, but haven't tried programming anything into the proline. I use Bert's GTN mod.
