January 18, 201610 yr I've been trying to get rid of this since the Hawker. Could anyone explain how? Thanks in advance. RESPECTFULLY, GREG CALDERIN
January 18, 201610 yr Is that a VOR, DME or GPS indication? If so, is there a way to cycle them or turn them on and off individually? I don't have any of the Carenado birds with this type of panel, so I can only guess. January 18, 201610 yr MFD - FORMAT - PLAN will get rid of the HSI on the MFD. PFD and MFD-FORMAT - PPOS will get rid of the HSI on the PFD and MFD. I have not tried these modes on the Carenado version, so their features may not be 100% representation of the Real PRO LINE 21. Here is a screen shot from the Rockwell-Collins manual.
January 18, 201610 yr Commercial Member I was under the impression they wanted it gone on the GPS map display that Carenado has on that PFD. I wasn't thinking about mode changes... my bad. Ed Wilson Mindstar AviationMy Playland - I69

January 20, 201610 yr Author Ken, your instructions worked perfectly. Thank you! Side note - I got rid of the annoying line, but haven't tried programming anything into the proline. I use Bert's GTN mod. RESPECTFULLY, GREG CALDERIN
