But trying to update my PMDG 737NGX 800/900, via the latest PMDG Operation centre, I get the message: "PMDG CD/DVD CUSTOMERSThis update is not yet available. We are working on a solution for CD/DVD customers." That was the reason of this post, as I have a bought a DVD! Regards, Jos de Hart

January 20, 201610 yr Author Sorry Kyle, but I become a little bit tired. Now, the key is not accepted by the site??!! I don't know why, because I re-installed from the original DVD, after that the update 1c and all works perfect. Only getting the SP1d gives problems. I'm sure I filled in the right code (6* four capital digits including the "-" ). I'm puzzled now!!!???

Jos de Hart I tried this link and got the same results with both Firefox and IE. I have the boxed version and serial number. I bought the boxed version the day NGX became available and don't remember if I purchased ift from Aerosoft. I don't know if anyone else was selling the boxed version at the time so it may have been them. Is there some other way to get the download or get the link fixed. Thanks Richard Walls
