Your problem may well be the light you are using to trigger the effect. I have a vague recollection of having to fix the TDS 727 light xml. Try putting your flap vortices in the smoke section temporarily (disable the TDS smoke gauge) and press the I key to see the flap vortices display. If they do you know you have to choose a different light to trigger the effect in the light section. My FS Videos
