Sorry for the misunderstanding, I see what you were doing now, It looked like though you were saying SID/STARS were assigned. Usually when I respond to bullet items, I'll separate my answer with a new line or bold or italic the bullet to differentiate the bullet from the response. Else it just looks like your own statement.
