Most graphically intensive aircraft in FSX?

If you do plan to buy another aircraft, perhaps you could mention it on the forum and see what other users experiences have been before shelling out any cash.

The Coolsky DC-9 is very performance heavy and doesn't even look that good unless you buy the HD VC addon pack. The Q400 is great on frames because it does most of the work outside of the sim

Isn't that what I have done already?

Sorry, I sometimes find myself getting lost between threads

Thanks Mark, does the Q400 perform better than the PMDG 737?

Recognising that everyone's experience tends to differ on this area, I find the Q400 only marginally better performing than the NGX. I'm running a fairly modern PC, though not top of the line.

Given that they perform so similarly on my rig I'd have a hard time choosing between the Q400 and the NGX.
