when it crashes it says nvidia kernal driver

i have this msi afterburner i dont know how to use it and it has stuff to do with clocks and power what does it do and do you recommend me changing any of this?

and it crashed again today so 359.00 without installing the GeForce experiance the audio and 3D thing didnt work

also a new driver has come out 362.00 how should i install it?

Some have fixed this by uninstalling the drivers, restarting your computer, and then installing the drivers recommended by Windows Update.  Some of the Nvidia display drivers contain bugs and Nvidia released a new driver to fix that problem.  So, if you have not yet installed the latest drivers, then you should.  I am using the 362.00 driver w/o any problems.
