hi I have no idea if I m in the proper forum. but any way, my question is with of the prepar3d licenses is used if I want to up-grade form fsx. to prepar3d.

We can't provide advice on what license to purchase here on Avsim. You have to read the differences between the licenses and decide for yourself which one applies to your situation.
