Lurching when braking

Recommended Posts

This is an odd one, because on the surface of things it looks like it should be an easy fix, but to date I have been unable to locate the culprit. For some reason whenever I use the brake, on any aircraft, on landing or taxiing, the pilot's view lurches forward, as though it is a consequence of a setting in Ezdok. However, I have tried tests without Ezdok and with Accusim turned off, but the effect appears to be still active. Does anyone have any idea what this can be and how I can stop it? Cheers.

Help AVSIM continue to serve you!

Search your drive for camera.cfg, and change the virtual cockpit section. Use headmomentum to (No)

Cool. I'll try that and see how I get on. Thanks.

Camera.cfg is in the same place as your FSX.cfg.  It was labeled momentum effect under [Virtual Cockpit]

Nice analogy, couldn't have said it better.
