Sorry, couldn't resist that but I'm sure I'm not the first one to do this to you :wink:  Don't know if you are aware of this, but the Orbx New Zealand North Island scenery includes quite a nice rendition of NZAA, which may do the trick for now.  It doesn't come cheap but it's very good quality and for your money you'd get the entire North Island too.  However I would also hope that FlyTampa comes to the rescue.  I've already got their Dubai, Sydney and Kai Tak sceneries which IMHO are superb quality.
