I only work with FS2Crew since a few days,therefore my question may seem dumb.

Like the title says,I select Ground Connections and then I see a message in red: No Audio link.

 

The question is how can I obtain the Audio link ?  I imagined that I have to connect to the

airport ground frequency ( in my case Zurich,with 121.90 and 119.70 according to Navigraph )

and I should get the Audio link.

 

Can anybody explain me what to do and where I am wrong ?

No frequency dialing necessary. You only need to enable the correct button in the NGX's audio panel. See the Main Ops manual, page 38:

 

Note: To communicate with the Ground Crew, press the FLT button on the Captain’s audio panel [...]

 

The screenshot on page 39 shows the button(s) to press.
