March 10, 201610 yr Have you tried DCS? You wouldn't find alpha 160a there, but it has much more superior flight model over FSX/P3D. You could try TF51 first (its free). In my opinion, it is the most polished, advanced and accurate simulation of flight currently available. Lukasz Kulasek i7-8700k, RTX 2080 TI, 32 GB RAM, ASUS TUF Z370-PRO Gaming, Oculus Rift CV1
March 10, 201610 yr Author Yes...big fan of DCS. The TF51 was one plane I was considering...bit different to what I'll be training on though. Going to check the fsx alpha out now Richard - flying out of Australia Explore amazing places with FLIGHT SIM DISCOVERYCheck out my real life 'learn to fly' video series

March 10, 201610 yr Author What about realair's legacy v2 ... I noticed this is cable of light aerobatics? The flight model is supposed to be very good. Anyone tried this plane for aeros? March 11, 201610 yr What about realair's legacy v2 ... I noticed this is cable of light aerobatics? The flight model is supposed to be very good. Anyone tried this plane for aeros? I tried some basic aerobatics in v1 of it - hammerheads, spins, sideslips etc. Flight model is great, I think this could be the closest you can get in FSX/P3D. But still, it is not DCS P51. I really wish, they could make a prop trainer like T6 Texan for DCS. Lukasz Kulasek i7-8700k, RTX 2080 TI, 32 GB RAM, ASUS TUF Z370-PRO Gaming, Oculus Rift CV1
