Performance/fps Impact going from 1920x1200 to 3440x1440?

It can do 30hz on HDMI at 1440, but only 60hz on mDP.

 

I use mDP and 60hz simply because I like the smoother mouse motion, but let us know your thoughts when you get it. Enjoy!

Well, I've got it setup and overall, I like the wider view, but as I mentioned I was on the edge of perfection w/ P3D V3.2, and this is a slight setback.   Image quality is better w/ the 1920x1200 screen because I'm able to run SGSS4X anywhere--no longer the case now w/ the 3440x1440 screen.  My GTX Titan isn't quite up to the task when SGSS is applied and I definitely don't want to go down the SLI road.  Pretty cool wide view, but then again I also reboot to another drive and play a few video games on that OS, and they aren't native at 3440x1440, so that's a let down as well.  So all in all, not quite sure if I like it--it's early still and perhaps we can find a way to live w/o SGSS.

My settings at NVP do not allow me to go lower than 60 with 2560 resolution. How do you enable 30hz settings?
