July 3, 20169 yr Moderator Haven't a clue but it did sound like it was your TV that was having the issue. Vic RIG#1 - I9 14900K MSI Pro z790 RTX 5070Ti 40" 4K Monitor 3840x2160

July 4, 20169 yr Commercial Member What's it like if you pull back the mesh complexity? Steve Waite: Engineer at codelegend.com

July 4, 20169 yr Commercial Member Just wondered if it changed at all if you reduced it. If you got HT off remove AM. If you got HT enabled try AM=85 and finally try AM=245. Steve Waite: Engineer at codelegend.com
July 4, 20169 yr Author 116 was best steve 84 little stutter 85 and 245 stutter now the green dots are back and rouhply on the same spot on tv damn it lol try taking a screen shot but pic was clear not showing flickering small green dots now its fine again for a few minutes and then it starts again cheers mike
July 4, 20169 yr Commercial Member 116 was best - this suggests addons are utilising the first core. You can only improve this very slightly by arranging addon exe affinity above core zero (LPs 0 and 1) and using 85 245. Leave it like it is until you get time to play. You say the dots are in the same place? It could just be that the monitor screen itself is failing, have you got access to another screen to try? Steve Waite: Engineer at codelegend.com

I will try with another tv , it's strange it won't happen for a while and then the green dots flusher speradically and a sphere like shape in centre that's very faint and then Normal again for a while I've ran furmark dxdiag memtest and no errors Perhaps driver? Cheers Mike But
July 5, 20169 yr Commercial Member no jerks stutters etc - 116 always works well because it concentrates the sim onto three cores, the O/S concentrates other apps onto the first core. Just saying that four cores can be better but we have to be specific about exe app placement.try with another tv - If it happens on an other display then it's in the PC somewhere. Steve Waite: Engineer at codelegend.com

Cheers Mike
July 5, 20169 yr Commercial Member It's possible but wouldn't have thought so with the problem you describe, most likely the tv screen or video card memory. As soon as you got another display to view it on you'll know where to look next. Steve Waite: Engineer at codelegend.com
