I am having some trouble with Aerosoft Schiphol AFCAD and I am hoping someone can help. For the longest time  have used the AFCAD that came with the scenery until I saw that planes were not following some of the taxiways and going through the terminal building at part of the airport.

 

I found a new AFCAD over at Alpha India Group website, but when I installed the new AFCAD there was no AI at all at the airport. And when I go to select the airport in the FS9 airport list the only thing that is the is "active runway" no individual runways are list and no parking spots are listed.

 

I did open the new AFCAD and there is parking spots and all the runways are there so I don't know why none of it is on the FS9 airport thing (where you choose the airport). Any idea what could be wrong?

Your first problem sounds like a duplicate afcad. Have you checked ?

 

Was the new afcad specifically designed for the aerosoft scenery ? It needs to be for it to work.

 

The aerosoft product comes with 4 different afcads which you can select using the aerosoft software.

There was no other AFCADs installed. I deleted the original one first (I saved it so I can re-install it later).

Which Aerosoft Schiphol AFCAD are you having problems with, the addon comes with five different Afcads and a utility to select the correct Afcad for the Star you are going to use..

Try selecting one of the other supplied Afcads.
