August 20, 20169 yr Commercial Member Is there any way with the Fixer, or otherwise in DX10, to further reduce or subdue the moon's reflection on the water at night? Have the setting all the way down to 0% for moonlight and 8% for the sky, and during a full moon my sim still is extremely bright white on the water. It would be wonderful to be able to tweak this further to make an even more realistic night environment. Thanks. August 20, 20169 yr Commercial Member I am assuming you mean the specular reflection in the direction of the moon ? i.e when the moon is low it (incorrectly) looks like a triangle on the surface? The answer is that yes it can be changed but there is no way of doing it presently without editing the shader source which will disable the fixer. My FSX Analysis Blog

August 25, 20169 yr I use something called FS Water Configurator which is freeware, do a google for FS Water configurator DX10 and you should stumble across it. It's a great little program which allows you to tweak the water settings. Thomas Derbyshire
