I have been having a problem with my FSX lately, i loaded in flight sim and all the terrain textures were really blurry, even looking straight down from outside view it is still very blurry, I did a clean install of windows 2 times, tried FSX without any of my addons but no luck what so ever, I had tweaked my FSX before and it was working great and i tweaked it again and i set every setting same as last time, I even tried setting FSX scenery settings all the way to max even through FSX.cfg but that made it worse. this is the SS after reinstalling and light tweaking, as you can see the terrain doesn't look sharp at all but isn't bad.

this is the screen shot after following this tweak guide: http://c-aviation.net/fsx-tweak/fsx-cfg-tweak-guide/ not saying this guide is bad, i used it back then and worked great but this time it did this, i did it the same way i did last time and exactly how it says on the guide.

 

Note: My PC specs. isn't good but its the same pc that i used to play FSX on before so it can't be my pc i believe.

What addons do you use? Can you copy and paste your fsx.cfg file here?

 

Make sure you have all drivers go to your motherboard site and download the latest updates for everything. get your latest video card drivers and audio too. run windows update again, win10 anniversary just updated yesterday with a patch.

Run the ezdok config exe to make sure your cameras are configured right.

 

copy your fsx.cfg file to your desktop or somewhere else as a back up and try my suggestions

I am sorry I see you are using an Intel graphics card. I don't think FSX supports that. Try latest drivers from Intel and use Trilinear or Anistrophic filtering setting in the fsx menus by the resolution setting.

I don't know what the rest of you computer looks like, but Intel's integrated graphics GPU is known to perform poorly with FSX.  With Orbx scenery and PMDG aircraft added to the mix, I suspect your computer can simply not handle the increased graphics load.

One of the simplest things you can do to make textures less blurry is to change the zoom level of your views.  If your zoom level is set to 100%, the textures will be very blurry.  If you set your zoom level to 50%, they will be much clearer, assuming of course you have above average hardware. 

Yes I know Intel HD Graphics are not even good for gaming, but as you can see i have used FSX on same PC with no blurs but now something is wrong with it, its the same pc and same settings as before, well i will getting GT 730 soon so let's see how that goes.
