using 2.0.1.5, all goes well until after takeoff, when tower hands me over to centre. I contact centre using <Callsign> at <current altitude> but get no reply or acknowledgement. It does not even give me altitude to climb to. I checked the freq in COM1 matches the assigned freq. maybe I'm doing it wrong?

There's a bug that causes  the simple "...at altitude..." to not be recognized.  It will be fixed in the next update.

 

As a work-around, try saying "...level at altitude.."  or "...with you at altitude..."
