Sometimes we seem to forget that in order to get those beautiful in air shots, we need to get the airplane off the ground in the first place.  Milviz Baron BE55, at Orbx KTVL Lake Tahoe Airport.  If I remember correctly taxiing out for a runway 36 take off.
