September 1, 20169 yr Hello all, I have noticed for a while flying usually when climbing is clouds flickering or flashing around mountains looks awful and obviously not realistic. I understand this is known as the z-buffer... Not much I can do? I notice these clouds r usually flat as well... Gavin Boothroyd

September 2, 20169 yr The bane of my existence in FSX - the ole z-buffer issue. Sorry dude - nothing you can do - even DX10 didn't fix it. Believe me I searched high and low. P3D maybe fixes this? Ilya Ilya Eydis, PPL, ASEL
