September 24, 20169 yr Hi I fly the AS airbus a lot and recently my landing rates have been below average (-300, once -413 when I floated it). I'm really picky when it comes to landing rates and I want the combination of landing in the touchdown zone and a smooth V/S. I've heard the phrase 'A good landing's a one you can walk away from' but I want to go a bit further and make, imo, 'smooth landings'. The way I'd like to practise is to not just do flights and then mess up the landing. I'd like to do what real Level-D sims do. A setup of a scenario (for example, setup 8DME out of 26L at EGKK, calm winds, fully configured) so that I can do the same landing dozens of times without having to just do circuits that take up a lot of time. So, my question is, would my sim (P3D) work properly and load properly if I save a scenario and load it up when I want to practise? Would the Airbus still operate correctly and have the data for the flight working together? I just really want to find an easy way to improve my landings. I've tried this several times before with other a/c b but none as complex as the Airbus. Any comments or suggestions are very welcome  Thanks in advance! September 25, 20169 yr If you save your flight during approach you can load this saved flight over and over again from the P3D "load scenario" window. It only requires aircraft panel/cockpit situation is also properly saved when you save a flight. This works perfectly with PMDG aircraft, not sure about AS airbus. But it's easy to find out. - Harry 9800x3D (Strix x870e-E) - 64GB RAM (DDR5 6000, CL 30) - RTX 5090, 34'' 1440p OLED HDR - Windows 11 Pro (1TB M.2) - MSFS 2024 (MS Store, 4TB M.2).
September 25, 20169 yr Author Sounds like FSiPanel is what you're looking for: http://www.fsipanel.com/ Mmm, I don't have the registered version of FSUIPC atm and I don't really want to spend even more buying this product. It looks really good so thanks but maybe not for me. If you save your flight during approach you can load this saved flight over and over again from the P3D "load scenario" window. Ok, thanks. I'll probably try it out tonight. I'm pretty sure it will work Thanks for the help everyone [email protected], GTX960 2GB, 8GB RAM, 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD, Windows 10 P3D v3, AS A320/21, ORBX Global and Europe, ASN, HDE Cloud and Sun Textures, Chaseplane, vPilot (earlier version due model matching), WOAI for model matching (no AI in-sim)
