sorry, I know I should be able to figure this out, but...

where do I put OpenSceneryX in the list.  KSEA has disappeared, and I know I am the reason why.

All library entries should be at the bottom of your list...just move it down there, by cut and paste.

Things on top takes precedence. So correct order should be:

 

-AIRPORTS sceneries ON TOP

custom airports

then global airports

 

-OVERLAYS sceneries on the MIDDLE

world2xplane, trees, farms, osm2xp

 

-MESH & ORTHO at the BOTTOM

 

 

note: Libraries are not sceneries, it doesn't matter were you put them at all.

 

 

Given your example above:

1. openscenery is a library doesn't matter is ok

2. zzzz hd 3 is a mesh must be to the bottom or it will block anything below including KSEA as you experienced.

3. global airports should be below ksea & lowi

 

so

 

-put all your airports

-put global airports

-put hd mesh

-the library doesn't matter if it is on top

Thank you everyone for your help.  Jan your video is great and very informative.  You are a natural teacher.

My problem was that I had misread Andras instructions, on his web page, and placed both the KSEA Demo Area and the KSEA Demo Terrain below his mesh.  When in fact he states clearly it should only be the terrain that is below.  Think all is well now.  Thank you Andras for your work on the mesh.
