A pop-up I don't understand

Featured Replies

When FSX SE is fired up I get pop-ups (4) that I have to OK twice before the sim. starts. The pop-up reads; There are multiple objects with the same title name.

They must have unique title names. PMDG 747-400 LCF PMDG House Livery Sim Objects\ airplanes\PMDG747-400f

This doesn't appear to effect the sim in any way but the pop-up must be clicked eight times total before it can proceed.

You might have liveries installed that have identical "titles"- you'd need to open the aircraft.cfg file to check them out (the one listed during opening FSX is one of the duplicates). It is sufficient to simply add a word to the aircraft title, like "version b" and you won't get the message anymore.

This happened a lot with an AI Traffic package I use.

Yep, it's a naming issue with aircraft skins or possibly duplicate aircraft.
