Which a/c have NO 2d panel?

Good to hear Mark...I have almost pulled the trigger and ordered the MAAM DC-3 more than once. The thing that makes both the ESDG Cirrus and DF Bonanza so easy to fly in VC is the abitity to 'zoom-up' fully functioning gauges as needed. EDIT: And my Carenado Piper 180 is pretty much this way as well.Especially at approach/landing I may have 2-4 seperate gauges 'zoomed' in order to control everything easily, yet still be able to pan around. If you get these gauges in the right place (pulling them around on screen) their impact to the VC cockpit can be somewhat minimized. Regardless, still better than swiching to 2D IMO. Kinda like having the best of both worlds.

CaptainSim Yakovlev Yak-3.

You can also do all that with our Beech A36, Beech Baron, Cessna 177, Cessna 310, and ATR72-500, which all have fully functional VCs (never need to use the 2D panels), just like those aircraft that do not have any 2D panels, however all of these products also have extensive 2D panels / cockpits for those who desire them. The appearance of a 2D panel in an aircraft does not necessarily mean that the VC is not fully functional. These days most of them are. However, we still like to give users a choice, as 2D panels still remain popular with a large percentage of FS pilots. ;-)Regards,http://www.dreamfleet2000.com/gfx/images/F...R_FORUM_LOU.jpg

As a side note to Lou's post - True, all DF aircraft can be flown and functional within the VC environment, but because of the complex programming associated with many of the avionics (i.e. Reality-XP devices) the 2-D panel must be at least cycled one time to initialize them. :)Best,Owen
