Just finished setting up my new Dell UltraSharp U3415W monitor

I just got back from Sams Club.  Ended up going with a 50" Samsung 4k for $448.  Has Chroma 4:4:4 and all of that fun stuff.  I'll try and get it setup today.

How do you like it? Any pics?

Sadly my Dell U3415W is barely being used with Flightsim after I got into VR. Thinking of selling it, but it is still quite useful for work and gaming.

Here is a great example of the FOV. I have a LG 21:9 Curved IPS thats 3440X1440. Here is a quick video I made to show how much viewing area there is.

Check it out. It really is immersive.

Really cool. Just a quick question. What's your zoom level with this monitor? I'm looking getting an ultra wide curved.

Thanks

Around .70 I vary it slightly depending how large the window pillars are. In the 747 for example you have a huge window beam just off the left that is somewhat an eyesore.

Thanks for the info. I use .60 on the NGX on my 16:9 27" monitor. I decided to order a 34 Dell Ultra Wide. .70 would be even better. And you see a lot more of the VC without panning. Thanks for the video.
