Evening everyone, encountered a strange issue with my NGX. I installed PrecipitFX about two weeks ago, and shortly after, I realized my -700WL had gone missing from FSX and the PMDG Operations Center. It still shows in my FSX/SimObjects/Airplanes file, and I've tried a reinstall, but nothing has worked. Thanks for your help in advance, have a great day.

Please don't use reinstall as a method of troubleshooting.

 

Which -700WL is missing, the PMDG House or an addon livery, or all such variants?  What about the OC Livery Manager?  When selected from the left side, the right side Select Aircraft Variant drop down should list the -700WL at the bottom of the list. Do you see it there?

-Downscc: All such variants of the -700WL are missing in the sim, and its also missing from the Livery Manager. Quite strange...

Full name on all posts.  If there is a simObject folder that is not empty then it should be available from the select aircraft FSX list.  FSX builds the list from the simObject folders.  What about the 737-600?  Is it available for FSX and in the OC?

 

At some point you might want to get support from PMDG directly, this is a user forum, at PMDG Product Support.

Whoops my bad on the full name thing, and the folder has all the files and stuff, and the -600 is completely usable...I'll be going to PMDG shortly, seems like a unique issue.

Indeed! Seems like something has corrupted your installation, somehow.

The safest bet, is to create a ticket with PMDG Support, like downscc has suggested.

PrecipitFX has probably corrupted his installation.
