Help me search a topic for tweaking P3D

I've recently found a topic, Im not sure if it was on avsim, that had a document with P3D V3 tweaks but I didnt bookmark it. It was the first time where I heard about the Shadercache Off option. It also stated things how to get P3D working well with G-Sync (Run vsync through nvidia inspector and not p3d). Has maybe anybody else watched that topic? 

Its not the avsim p3d guide for sure

Read that too - but I did not bookmark it.

I can tell however that shadercache off gave me an extra 300MB of VAS !!
