IXEG 737 slots in use Problem´s

Did you ever have the IXEG 737, the "Slots in use" ?

The normal way is to request the simple RESET on the x aviation page.
 

How did you get it reset if the support doesen´t answer.

 

Is there another way?
A mailaddress or telephone number?

Request a reset ONCE.  Doing it more than once delays the process as it's treated as another support ticket and is put at the back of the line.  
Make sure you get an auto reply in your email with a ticket reference number. 

Then just be patient and wait.  X-Aviation has over 500 support requests per day.  They WILL get back to you.

Posting a third topic about the same thing after having two others removed and being warned not to do it again is considered "trolling" and "spamming".
