TRACKIR No Longer Works In P3D v3.3

Featured Replies

I just got back from vacation and started up the sim as well as TRACKIR.  For some reason, I cannot get TRACKIR to change my camera angle in P3D anymore.  It appears to be working fine in the TRACKIR application.  Any ideas as to how to fix this?  It worked fine before vacation and I haven't updated anything upon coming back.

If you have not done so already, try running your TrackIR as an administrator before you start P3D.

Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?

Reinstalling the TIR driver has worked for me in the past. Before that though try un plugging TIR from the usb and back in, maybe aLSO to a different port.

+1 for this solution. I had the same issue where it suddenly stopping working in the sim. Running as administrator did the trick. You can go into the file properties for TrackIR and check the run as administrator box in the compatibility tab to make it always do this.
