December 31, 200520 yr Hi Lou,Well done on the update, it was worth the wait, thankyou. One problem though, I don't seem to have any lighting in the 'VC' view? As I recently purchased the wonderful hardware 'TrackIR4' it would be nice to have some lighting for the guages? December 31, 200520 yr Just go here https://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=lostorder and enter your e-mail address. You'll a list of F1 order numbers by return email and from this can get replacement keys etc in minutes.I just did a new FS install and had 7 F1 products re-installed in less that 15 minutes without having keys/order numbers etc to start with. The system does work very quickly.Yes, I've used this method effortlessly before. I have all (well almost all since I ordered several times since the 727) the order numbers. On that list is the 727 order number. That's the one I entered which returned with not recognizing it.
December 31, 200520 yr If the system does not recognize your order number, submit a ticket at http://www.flight1.com/ticket.asp, with that order number or any other purchase info. We can check into the problem. Or, PM me at simforums.com with the info, and I can check into it.I've created a ticket. Thanks
December 31, 200520 yr I did a complete reinstall a few mths ago ago and Flight1 is at the top of the list in terms of ease of getting the info needed to reinstall. Totally painless and automated.I should know whether it is or not as I've used it numerous times (I've done a count as of today and it looks like I've used it approx. 20 times i.e., 20 purchases using the system the last two years or so). It's not completely painless as I invariably run into this problem with a reinstall. I agree that it is otherwise the best system out there however. The password process must be improved though because that's where I have always run into problems.
December 31, 200520 yr Why don't you just take a screenshot at the time you purchase the software? Then you have a record of what numbers you used. You keep the .bmp screenshot along with the registration key.Duuh!"Duh"? That's original. Thanks. Forget the screenshot I save to file all purchases, i.e., the email confirmations. But keeping track of them (and there are numerous ones) having changed computers 3 times in the last 2 1/2 years is another thing. By the way, leave the customer service to F1 they're better at it than you.
December 31, 200520 yr Is there a nice 727 fuel planner out there? Hopefully one that takes into account winds and such? Thanks

December 31, 200520 yr Is there a nice 727 fuel planner out there? Hopefully one that takes into account winds and such?Of course there is the nice one included in the Configuration Manager with the DF 727 although it doesn't take into account winds.Just a point with my problems with the install this shouldn't detract from the fact this is beautiful plane inside and out and worthy of a five star rating hands down.
December 31, 200520 yr Hi Paul,Thanks for the prompt answer. I looked all the way through the manual and with every single switch in the 'ON' position I still have NO lights in 'VC' view?If all the lights are on, shouldn't the 'VC' lights be on as well?Have I got a bad installation or something?Dave T. .........On the Devon Riviera and active 'FlightSim User's Group' member at http://www.flightsimgrpuk.free-online.co.uk/ Dave Taylor
December 31, 200520 yr Update. Got my password and new key so it's off to the races. Thanks F1 and Dreamfleet.
December 31, 200520 yr Oh i did not realize the config manager came with a fuel planner. The ATR didn't so I didnt think the 727 would. Sweet!
January 1, 200620 yr My config manager has a weight and load manager but not a fuel planner. Am I missing something here? Jim Reynolds Operating Engineers Intel i7 [email protected], EVGA X58, 6GB DDR3 Mushkin, 750W Digital Storm, NVIDIA GTX570, HP LP2475 LCD
January 1, 200620 yr Oops. You're right. For some reason using FSPassenger loading the fuel with a flight in the 727 I mixed that up with the config manager with the DF plane. Too many planes and too many addons have got me screwed up.
January 1, 200620 yr Author Commercial Member Is this is any particular model Dave, or all of them?http://www.dreamfleet2000.com/gfx/images/F...BANNER_PAUL.jpg Cheers Paul Golding
