Unable to Climb

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have setup the 747 using the FMC to allocate fuel and ZFW but my aircraft does not climb at all. Its as if the CofG is completely wrong. It does climg on VNAV at about 600 fpm but with a nose down attutude!!

What am I doing wrong please? See picture below, I am level at 6000 feet unable to climb on VNAV, nose down attitude. Wings look like they are loaded with fuel but I only have 36999 fuel onboard!!

Thanks

As mentioned in quite a number of threads here, FSUIPC is not configured correctly / the FSUIPC.ini is corrupt.

<Sim Root>\Modules\FSUIPC.ini   -   delete it to let it rebuild

IIRC we had the same issue occasionally with the older models as well... same fix.
