Dear all,

The format is ready, but it is still being tested by the P2A developer.

We're doing all we can to make this format available as soon as possible.

Regards,

Stephen

Be nice to be able to match the FMS's with Pilot2 ATC.

Looking forward to that day. :gaul:

NavDataPro from Aerosoft supports P2A. I canceled my Navigraph subscription. You can start with a single dataset to check it out.

X-Plane 12 (VR only) - HP Reverb G2 - i5 13600k - ASUS TUF RTX 4090 24GB - ASUS TUF Z790-Plus - Corsair Hydro  H115i - Corsair 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR4 4000 (PC4-32000) C18 1.35V - Samsung 860 EVO SSD 500GB - Windows 11 Pro

I have Navigraph paid subscription already.

Already cost me 50% of my last weeks Pension for Pilot2ATC and are saving to hear someone other than MS Annie.

Having to buy another Navigation system is not on my books.

I'm not sure what's Navigraph's issue with P2A. They have excuse after excuse why they can't get it done. Aerosoft was able to create the data for P2A.

My question to the P2A developer: has Navigraph asked for, (and have you provided), a detailed description of how the various fields and indices of your database are constructed? Considering the many years of experience that Navigraph has in converting source data into formats compatible with dozens of different add-ons, it puzzles me that they are having so much trouble with this

They said they had to go to a new parsing system to be able to generate the data for P2A. That was back in December of 2016. My subscription ran out and I signed up with Aerosoft. I know a number of other people did also. There's a six page thread over at Navigraph support on P2A.

Joel,

You say you can start with a single dataset of Navdata, where can I find that, I can see a free trial of the download software but that's all?

Look for:

Navdatapro - single dataset

X-Plane 12 (VR only) - HP Reverb G2 - i5 13600k - ASUS TUF RTX 4090 24GB - ASUS TUF Z790-Plus - Corsair Hydro  H115i - Corsair 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR4 4000 (PC4-32000) C18 1.35V - Samsung 860 EVO SSD 500GB - Windows 11 Pro
