There certainly has been a compatibility issue between ORBX regional and France VFR regional sceneries. I have personally experienced this incompatibility when running FTX England and France VFR Nord-Pas-de-Calais at the same time (flying from England to France). And around this same time ORBX and France VFR discussed ways to resolve the problem, but they were not able to agree. This was discussed in some detail on a number of flight sim forums a few years ago, including France VFR's.
