Getting back into the hobby after a few years of inactivity. Thank you LMT! 

I had a one page laminated navigation reference sheet that covered recipricol headings, vertical decent info and a whole host of VERY useful flightsim navigation and flight standard referece data all on one page.

I believe it was a MS Word doc. I cannot find the file anywhere. 

Does anyone remember such a beast and perhaps where it can be found?

I have exhausted Google.

Any help appreciated!

The only one I could find is Handy Sheet 3.0
