I just do not understand sorry if i sound angry but im waiting for a long time now for the new installers of the 777-2-3 after PMDG seid that it will take a few days and still same version for v3 when is the aerosoft installers coming?? im starting to think that it was better to buy diractly from PMDG website and not from aerosoft..

Purchasing through a third party adds a step between you and the original producer. This will, of course, cause delays for just about anything related to your order. If you buy a ticket through Travelocity to fly on Delta, anything related to that purchase is going to have extra logistics issues because you bought it through a re-seller, simply because there's an additional party on the process. In just about any transaction, it's at least quicker to strip it down to two parties, unless there's a reason for a third (escrow for protection, as an example).

We have a great relationship with Aerosoft, and they're pretty speedy with getting the updates out once we get to them, but we also stagger getting installers to them to ensure the ones we've put out are stable, so there's some lag behind the installers we give to our own customers.
