They are but they need a hotfix/4.1 and LM have said its in the next hotfix/patch. The testing sounds like it's very close to done, but waiting on LM.

Two things I think are needed.

Optimisation of dynamic lights with SSAA x 4 please.  On my system anything less than 4xSSAA means the ORBX night lighting shimmers really bad particularly in the distance and is too painful for me to look at.  Only 4xSSAA cures it but flying the NGX at night with all the lights on maxes out my 1070 and I lose like 50% of my frames.

Tweaks to the lighting/shadows to prevent the light source from changing dark to light and vice versa when panning the camera.
