PMDG 777 CTD entering GPS data in FMC

Featured Replies

When I initialise the FMC after entering the airport code I click on the GPS co-ordinates and then as soon as I click on the current position line I get an error message that P3D has stopped working.

I have tried this several times and it always happens at the same time. My 777 is up to date and I am using P3D v 4.0.28.21686. I don't have this problem with any other aircraft incl PMDG 737, it's only with the PMDG 777

Details of the error are, any help would be appreciated.

I've had the CTD also, while entering the route info into the FMC. When I press the LSK button, CTD every time.

FSX Acceleration fully updated, and latest 777 build.

  • 1 month later...

I also get this CTD when pressing LSK for arrival runway. FSX Acceleration fully updated, and latest 777 build. Anyone out there who could have a look at this please, (PMDG).

If you want to communicate with PMDG you should go to PMDG Product Support rather than this forum, which is a user forum.

My CTD was a .Net Framework issue and I could not re-install .Net Framework as it is now part of Windows 10, when I tried to re-install it I got the message "A later version is already installed. So I reset Windows 10 and started all over again. So far no further issues.
