Hi Guys. I appreciate your replies. I know it's wishful thinking but wouldn't it be great to have those California Classics done to msfs2024 standards!

I know in the world of train enthusiasts there are a lot of folks who love the steam era and not modern diesel or electric trains. In that vain, I know there are some very good slightly older aircraft for msfs2024 but I was wondering on people's thoughts on a complete classic flight sim. I mean not just classic aircraft but airports depicted as in years gone by, I'm thinking of the 1930's, 40's, 50's and perhaps into early 60's. Can you imagine classic aircraft done to high quality, (I know some already exist), like some of the following. Boeing 737-200, 727. Douglas DC3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and DC9, (not MD's). Convair 3,s, 4's , 5's series, 880 and 990 Coronado. De Havilland Comet, Vickers Viscount, Vanguard and VC10. Sud Aviation Caravelle, Hawker Siddeley 748, Trident and Argosy, BAC 1-11, Lockheed Constellation and Electra, I'm sure there are more you folks can think of, all done to study level if possible. All done with high quality addon airport's from back in the day. So, do we think there would be a market for such a sim or not. Would love to hear your thoughts. Clear Skies. Malcolm.

Hi All. My issue is that I don't have any of the buttons functioning on the cdu and I cant change any of the mfd displays, so for me right now the aircraft is not flyable. I really like the look of this plane and I think it has potential long term. So the question is, am I doing something wrong on start up? Could someone point me in the right direction. Hello Since this latest update the sim (msfs2020) is CTDing when loading a flight with the A350. There is no other aircraft doing this to the sim. Anyone else suffering this problem, or have an answer to the problem. Thanks.

Rogan and or others. Do you know if this works with Track IR 5? I have tried it but suffered all sorts of graphic issues with Track IR 5, even though the installation itself went fine. Have the updates/fixes mentioned sorted this out or is the problem just down to me doing something wrong. I would be very interested to hear of others experiences with Track IR 5 and if there is any help out there.

Well after almost a month and 243 views it would seem there is no one out there who was able to help me. Please don't misunderstand me, I'm sure there are good reasons including the fact that I am unable to post a photo of what I required🙄! So I thank the 243 who viewed to see if they could help me. Now the good news, as I mentioned in my original post I was flying on the aircraft I wanted the paint for as a 68th birthday present. Well when the day came there was a change of aircraft and I actually flew on G-TSIX of which there is already a repaint for in the library!!! I'm afraid I can't seem to post an image but if you go online to Air-Britain photographic collection there are very good pictures of the yellow Canadian T6, (it's most recent colours), registered in the UK as G-BDAM belonging to Classic wings based at Duxford. I think the UK reg must be on the underside of the wing or something as I can't see it on the fuselage. I am soon to fly on this aircraft as a 68th birthday present! Hi All I have FSX with Acceleration and after doing some tweaking I believe I've lost these three texture files because when I load a flight I get a warning saying these textures have failed to load. Baydefault, Hatch1.bmp and Hatch1_LM. bmp. I've tried a "repair" but with no joy and of course you cannot access texture cab files from the disk these days. I'm not even sure in which bit of FSX they reside. Can anyone out there provide me with these textures please, as I really don't want to do a complete re-install, it would take me forever. Just a small point but does anyone else have this problem. Since the update I have the white position light on the starboard trailing edge of the wingtip on all the time, (it's not on the port side). All other aspects of the update works fine for me. Any thoughts and thank you PMDG. Best regards Malcolm Hancock

Hi All I have purchased both the V2 Dukes and I'm getting sound file issue's giving me blacked out screen with the turbine version. There seems to be an error, (for me anyway), with the short woosh wav file and the AOA loop file according to FSX report. Anyone else had this and can anyone help me please. especially the chaps from Realair of coarse. Many thanks Malcolm

Thanks for your reply Kyle but that didn't work either. So far I have tried with DX10 on and off, with aircraft shadows on/off and I found one vhhh bgl in my traffic that I renamed. I hope I can sort this because this airport is such an improvement on the last one. Any other input/ thoughts please.

Thanks for you reply 777200LRF. I have done all those things you suggested but still no joy. I did have the imaginesim installed before but deleated it prior to installation. I was wondering if there is a rogue AFCAD left in the system somewhere but don't know where to look. Any further help please anyone. Thanks.

Kevin I did see the TD788_LIGHTS.bmp you mention and I think this is the way forward perhaps, but I have never done anything like this before and don't know how to edit a bmp. Hi All I have the TDS 787 with my chosen panel all set up and flying great, however, one thing bugs me and that is the brightness of the default beacon, nav and strobe lights it's really low although I think the landing lights are not too bad. Can anyone help me please with the required editing of the lights in the cfg to make them brighter please. I just don't know how to do this myself. Many thanks in advance. Malcolm "Rooster" Hancock
