Version 0.10.31 (public experimental) available

Hi @E-Jets Customer,

We have an updated public experimental version available. A lot has changed under the hood, the most important items are listed in the changelog.

As of today, we’ve started working on integrating a holding feature. This will take at least four weeks. We may ship an intermediate update with other changes before then.

Tons of fixes in MCDU for SID/STAR handling and direct to logic,
Significantly improved speed profile and handling, especially on constraints,
Improved flight dynamics for E170/175 in FS24,

WASM crashes have not let me actually take a flight with v0.10.31.

NavData still doesn't want to update the cycle unless you have the Ultimate subscription at Navigraph. Which I don't, or want.

Simbrief integration not working into the FMS. Although you can load a Simbrief flightplan into the EFB and load fuel into the plane.

It does look good just standing there as long as you don't touch anything. <sigh> 

I really want to buy this because I love the ejts but man everywhere I look people are not happy with it. 

I was able to load my Simbrief flightplan into the FMS.

LNAV and LNAV were flawless, which was the first time I had that experience in the e-jet.

Unfortunately I had a WASM crash on approach, red screens.  That’s the first time’s be seen that in this or any aircraft.

The navigation improvements in this version give me hope.

Depending on your expectations, if high then skip for now, else, you would have a lot of fun with this plane as I do. The stable version is really great, dismissing depth of systems but for sure will get you there from A to B, the graphics and sounds are really great so the immersion is there. The thing is, I have a soft spot for the E-Jets, just can't help it.

 you have to go into the FMS and set up your simbrief name again 

NAV → DATALINK → ADDRESS → FLIGHTPLAN and enter your SimBrief username as the COMPANY ADDRESS.

Did you run the Navigraph Updater in the fss-aircraft-e17x root directory?

I was able to get the flightplan into the EFB. Did not know my Simbrief ID was also needed in the FMS. I'll try that, and thanks.

That worked, thanks! And on one flight attempt also took care of the WASM crash. Couldn't fly but will try again tomorrow.

I ran the Navigraph Updater from whatever directory it is in. Pretty sure that's the root directory of the 175, 195 and freighter. In their Discord we feel confident that those with just the FMS Data subscription in Navigraph can't update to a new cycle.

No crashes for me in 2020, but I do have wasm crashes and many other problems with their 727, especially with the Super 27 upgrade. I will stay away from them in the future.

On occasion, I the wasm lock with many addons. Ini and PMDG included. It's a 2024 thing.

My first flight was still not good. Plane climbed at 6000 FPM. AP disconnects and plane flies at whatever direction it wants, AP will not control speed, it overspeed's at will uncontrollable. Still not ready for primetime. Back to the drawing board, I guess. Don't understand why these guys can't get it right when other developers can.

The AP / FCU logic seems completely messed up with 0.10.31 here also...

It's a 2020 thing also, for me in the FSS727 and ATR42-72
