Wide View Aspect or not

If I understand what you're asking, you can edit the [view] coordinates in the aircraft.cfg to set the default eyepoint for that specific aircraft. When ever I install a new aircraft, customizing the view to work with my TIR/seating position is the first thing I do.

Yes, but with EZCA et al you an adjust it on the fly. I have up/down and backwards/forwards mapped to two rotary knobs on my panel, so I can pop the 'seat' up and down when I need to. EZCA has nice smooth damped movement when you adjust it, Opus FSI is more clunky. I haven't tried Chase Plane.

But that's what TIR is for! I just move my head up/down, forward/backwards etc.

And yet the developers of each of those three products saw a need for it and built it in. As did X-Camera for X-Plane, and likely a bunch of other products I haven't tried.

Ya - go figure eh?? LOL

Seriously though, I'm subscribing more and more to the 'less is more' philosophy. Maintaining numerous add-ons on several sims became untenable. Now, if i can find a way to do it without yet another add-on, I do. KISS!
