Anyone got any experience of ace?

Been trying to contact then to order a desktop yoke but so far no response which.is concerning if they won't respond to sales enquiries.

What are people's experiences with them?

They seem to be a well known name within cockpit building circles and produce very high quality yokes and pedals for Boeings. ACE stands for Aircraft Control Engineering by the way.

The problem is, it is a bit niche so I was hoping someone here might have had dealings with them.

I have to wonder about this company. Their Facebook page's last entry seems to have been from December 16, 2016:

https://www.facebook.com/Aircraftcontrolengineering/

The website seems to have a lot of Frequently Asked Questions... but no answers!

There are plenty of comments in the hardware forum. I have one of there yokes, great product but communication is another story. It’s hit or miss on good reviews vs poor reviews.
