I use to use a freeware Traffic Optimizer when using V3 but the link is dead now and I'm not even sure if it would work in v4.

I know that FSUIPC has a traffic limiter feature but I liked what I was using before.

Can anyone help me?

I think this is what you are looking for;

Seems like LM broke the SP1 SimConnect interface in v4. They hope to fix it in next release.

Anyway because of it Traffic Optimizer (v1914) does not work with P3D v4. Until LM fixes it, here's a new version (v1915) which use SP2 SimConnect  and works fine:

Will this app spread incoming traffic apart and prevent go arounds?

It works in v4.  No it will not space out traffic. I see some go arounds but not a ton.  I think Simbol (FSReborn) is working on an AI optimizer/controller but it will be a while.
