  1. Im in Australia and speed was 8Mps. I turned the VPN to United States and now my speed is 51Mps, as soon as I turn the VPN off I go back to 8.
  2. I would love to see either YPAD Adelaide or YPPF Parafield. Both are from South Aus and at the moment the only airport Orbx has done in South Australia is Pt. Lincoln and that was years ago. I have everything that I can find for Aus and really anything other than NSW or Vic would be nice
  3. Hi I don't know if this is any good for you but for realism I use a David Clark headset. I must admit it took a bit of work to get it working fully since I made my own supply and filter for the mic to work with a pc but now it is great. Here is a photo of my unit. Below the headset is the control box for the headset. The 3 switches allow me to choose either my my main Pc or second pc for either the mic or speakers with a power switch on the right. If you are interested in more information let me know and I will post the circuit diagram here as well. I bought the headset on eBay second hand for around 100 Au dollars. I also use a TrackIr that you can see is connected straight to the left hand side of the headset.
  4. I have used this addon since it was freeware and changed over to the payware version when it came out. It really does make a definite improvement to you AI hanger. Thanks Simbol for the update. Ken
  5. If you have zone fixer installed just start Time Zone Fixer from desktop without P3d. The auto update will install the latest version which covers P3dv5
  6. Hi On the LM site under new features they say Realistic sky, clouds, and atmosphere with Simul trueSKY integration. If you google it you get This definitely looks worth it. Also wave work 2 looks good https://developer.nvidia.com/waveworks
  7. Hi jlund you need to look at this as a team is making ai planes follow the runways in P3d4
  8. Hi Reading through the list of programs mentioned no one has as yet said Pilot2ATC. The program has your moving map in a few types. It gives you the taxi path to the runway or gate and a lot more. I use it on a separate pc on its own screen. Ken
  9. Hi I use "SimShaker for Aviators" that gives a good ouput for buttkickers in my pit. I have 2 kickers attached to my chair in sterio through this app and I find it works well. Ken https://andres.shop/software/20-simshaker-for-dcsw-sound-module-key.html
  10. Hi I had the same problem. After reading through forums it was touted as an antivirus problem. I had to turn off Windows Defender and the reinstall and register again and all was fine. Ken
  11. I Agree totally with Stefan since I have been using voicemeeter for a long time. If you need more channels the voiemeeter potato has up to 5 inputs for a small price. I use Voicemeeter banana on my second pc and voicemeeter potato on the main pc. Here is a link by Frugal on his thoughts Ken
  12. Im on P3d4 and use an app "Twomon Pc" to an android pad for Panel Builder. Makes the pad additional screen with no difference to your frame rates. The app is about $14 AUD from the windows app store. Ken
  13. I have to agree since I have been using Voicemeeter across two networked computers for a couple of years in P3d. Good to see someone else using it.🙂
  14. SimStarter NG from Aerosoft has updated today and is now compatible with P3d V4.5 😎
  15. I have to agree about the TCP being flimsy. Mine was taped together for a while but I eventually stripped it and used one side of the unit with new leds attached to a headset permanently. It takes the hassle of headset moving all the time.
  16. I always use it. Once you have your profile set up correctly to your own taste and your camera in the right spot its great. I have the TIR mounted to the top of the main screen.
  17. This statement is misleading. If you read the full statement from Aerosoft it is only their own software that is ok which does not include any of the software sold with their name branded on. SimStarter NG will not be ready until after Easter, so maybe 2 weeks time
  18. Just a note here that it is only the software Aerosoft that they have done themselves and not the software with thier names added. Even then I thought that SimStarter NG was an Aeorosoft product only And it is not usable since it does not recognize P3dv4.5 at the moment. Ken
  19. If you use pilot2ATC you can click on the frequency onscreen if you want to automatically go to the correct frequency
  20. Hi Bob If you use a program called Multiplicity you can use 1 mouse and 1 keyboard over multiple PCs. I just had a look at their web site to get the address for you and also noticed they have a 50% off the price sale on at the moment . Here is the web address https://www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity/ Ken
  21. HI Dave. I am actually using the battery and avionics switches for the led so yes it does work that way. The only thing is of cause is that if Pilot2ATC is not running or not receiving the signal from the PTT it will still of cause turn on. Thanks for your quick response . Ken
  22. Hi At the moment Pilot2Atc reads from P3d for its information. Is there any way in the future that you could make it possible to read from Pilot2ATC back for lua files in FSUIPC. My reasoning for this is that I use a home cockpit with 6 screens. Pilot2ATC is by itself on one of those screens. There is a power connected icon and PTT activation button in your program that turns green when used. I was hoping that in the future I could connect to Pilot2ATC so that the PTT led on my home cockpit could be connected to your program via a lua. At the moment it of shows when I press my PTT switch but you cannot program it to only light when your program is actively using it. It would take the the interaction with your program to a whole new level to be fully able to integrate it into a cockpit. Thankyou for all your effort and this brilliant piece of software. Ken Ennis
  23. Hi You need to program two buttons as PTT buttons. This will give you one for Pilot2Atc and the other for FS2Crew
  24. If you are using a USB mic, check your power settiings as Windows may be turning the USB off after a period of time.
